Payment
At the end of your holiday, you will receive the bill, which can be paid directly via mobile phone or by bank transfer from home. Payment in cash on site is also possible! Card payments are not accepted!
Non-smoker
Smoking is permitted on the balconies and terrace; otherwise, smoking is prohibited inside the buildings!
Final cleaning for holiday apartments, holiday homes and forest lodges:
We charge a flat fee of €50.00.
Snack on a walk
At your request, we are happy to put together a hiking snack for you. This costs €9.90 per person.
Cancellation policy
Reservation: Your booking will be considered binding once you receive written confirmation from us.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday), late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100 % of the room rate, provided the room cannot be re-let.
Cancellation of trip
We are partners with Europäische Reiseversicherung and recommend taking out insurance for a carefree holiday. We advise all our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance at the same time as booking their holiday.

You should know that
Your dearest also needs a rest
- Family-friendly dogs are welcome guests upon request. We charge €15.00 per animal per day, excluding food.
- In the event of damaged equipment, the resulting repair invoice must be settled.
- Please make sure your dog does not lie on the guest bed, armchairs or sofas.
- Ensure safe behaviour on our alpine pastures and keep your dog on a lead.
- Your dog is welcome in our dining area and on the terrace.
